History
When Sally and Donald Crystal, founders and owners of Tombuie Smokehouse, retired we were unable to find anything to match their delicious hams, or how they smoked our Aberdeen Angus beef anywhere in the country, so we decided to join together Tombuie Smokehouse with Hardiesmill (with lots of help from Donald and Sally). We have three generations of experience in the Tukes family to rearing pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle to the highest standards of tenderness and taste (our customers include the Orient Express and Harvilles of York).
Future
Robin Tuke is going for depth of flavour, which rumbles on the front of your tongue. Tombuie Smokery produces not only tried and tested favourites but a new and exciting range of products incorporating our own pastrami, smoked, cured and peppered beef.
