Details: The apples used to create the cider, apple juice and perry incorporate Welsh varieties and are hand picked and unsprayed ensuring the fruit is perfect for milling. There are single variety ciders and mixes of 2-3 different apple types, giving greater variation of flavour. No additives, sugar/sweeteners or yeast is used.
