Details: St Martin's are an award-winning bakery, also offering bakery courses at their Isles of Scilly location. They produce a wide selection of English and continental breads, pastries, tarts and pies all made by hand using largely organic locally sourced produce.

They also produce a huge selection of filled rolls, quiches, salads and authentic Cornish pasties using locally raised island beef and locally grown potatoes. On top of this, they also catch and smoke their own Atlantic salmon and local grey mullet, as well as their own smoked parma hams!
