Details: The Pollock family have been farming beef in East Neuk, Fife for over a century. The farm shop is situated at Ardross which lies on the shores of the River Forth bewteen Elie and St Monans.

Beef is bred and fed on the farm. Beef is produced as traditionally as possible. This means that the cattle are fed on grass and cereal which are all homegrown, allow stock to mature slowly, which results in succulent and well-marbled beef.

They only stock products from farming families which include their own vegetables cut fresh everyday, homemade raspberry jam, ice cream, apple pies, bacon, venison, honey, crisps, rapeseed oil, cheeses and much more.
