Our Unique Breed.
These Devonshire Dazzlers were developed by us to avoid the leg and back problems caused an abnormal growth rate as promoted in the industrial poultry sector. Fourth generation organic parent ducks live outdoors with access to a pond every day and reproduce only at certain times of the year. The meat is lighter bodied.

So what is different about Providence Farm Poultry?
Small numbers, fresh air and grass keep the birds healthy. We do not to resort to the usual vaccines associated with intensive poultry. Our desire is  to treat any animals in our care with respect and dignity, this  led us to invest time and money into the most stress free killing of our birds. Providence Farm was set up for Mail Order as far back as 1999 but because our produce is so unique we are not like other businesses who offer everything all of the time. Slow food takes time and has it's seasons. Our website will give you all the information you need.
