Mutton producers
Mutton refers to lamb that is over two years of age and has been hung for at least two weeks. It is quite different to lamb, with a much stronger flavour that is quite delicious. Don't be put off by old fashioned perceptions of mutton as a second rate piece of meat; cooked well it is very tasty and worth exploring. Check out our mutton producers here:
