Our Dexter beef is very popular with our customers.  Until now we have sold by word of mouth as we find it tough to keep up with the demand for this premium product.  Advance ordering through our website or by phone/fax will enable us to ensure we have the cuts you want at the moment you want them.  We are also delighted to be able to offer you better prices on purchases of a half or a whole carcass after butchering.
