About us
Set in the glorious Leicestershire countryside, Seldom Seen Farm is over 200 acres in size. It is run by Robert and Claire Symington, who have been farming here for over 30 years.
We will have well over 4000 geese, of which 2600 will become part of the famous Three Bird Roast. In addition, we have 700 free-range bronze turkeys and a host of farm made produce to tickle your taste-buds and satisfy your Christmas.

Our Geese
 - are hatched in May and June, grazed on grass throughout the summer and are fed on home grown corn.They spend most of their lives out of doors and are thus, totally free range. All our Geese are presented oven-ready, and the weights range from 9lbs to 14lbs.
