Hoardweel is an organic farm set in the heart of Berwickshire, just over the Scottish Border.
Our pigs have the right to roam freely in open grass fields, maturing at a slower rate which gives them beautiful marbled muscle and amazing flavour.
Renowned for their good eating qualities celebrities like Hugh Fernley Whittingstall and Jamie Oliver have show cased these pigs for how good they really are.
