History
We started rearing pigs in 2006, not only did we want to produce top quality pork but also wanted to maintian high standards of animal welfare and full tracebility. The end result is pork which is succulent and tasty with proper crackling!
Rare Breeds
We rear our pigs outdoors and both the Gloucester Old Spot and Large Black are in their element foraging for food. The Large Black was nearly extinct and still remains one of the rarest breed of native pigs.
