Described by Prue Leith as the best smoked salmon in the world, this family run business is in the idyliic setting of the Isle of North Uist.
Our Product
Fish is harvested from the ultra clean waters surrounding the island, covered in dry sea salt for eight hours and then smoked over peat fires to give the characteristic mellow taste. We work in a traditional way, with small batches and all our fish is hand-sliced.
Range
