Good Food Producer details:
Naturally and non-intensively reared, our animals enjoy a diet of grass and herb-rich pasture. They share their home with a growing population of indigenous flora and fauna.
Our meat is prepared and packed on the farm ready for sale at local farmers markets, through local retailers, from the farm and by mail order.
One of the reasons we decided to build our own slaughterhouse and cutting plant was to minimise food miles. In line with this we sell mainly in Cumbria, either to customers living, holidaying or just passing through our beautiful county or by mail order.
