About us
The Cheese Shed was started in 2006 by Ian Wellins (the man in the blue shed), James Mann and Gill Mann. Our  aim is to make  Westcountry cheese available to people all over the country.

The Cheese
Our mission is to scour the Westcountry looking for small dairies and the great cheese they make.  So far we've found over 100 (including organic and vegetarian), and we're still touring around looking for new things.   You might like the sound of Millstone, Bocaddon or Duckett's Caerphilly. Or Beenleigh Blue ... or Cornish Crumbly or ... (disappears into distance, still droning on and on).
