History
The name Checketts has become synonymous with standards of quality and hygiene which were set by the original founder of the business, Thomas G Checketts, way back in 1902 - the same standards that have won the company local, national, and international accolades in more recent years.Today the business is owned by the grandson of the founder, Phil Checketts and his wife Pam.

Our Promise
To guarantee quality we sell only British meat which is mostly bought direct from local farms. We mature the meat naturally and use traditional methods of preparation to ensure flavour and texture.
