About us.
We are a family gourmet food business based in Crickhowell, South Wales, in the heart of the Black Mountains. Set up by Jo and Jonathon Carthew in 1996 to cure fish, meat, cheese and poultry.

Our delicious, award winning gourmet food range includes:
