History
For over 150 years our family have been producing quality bacon in Carluke, on the edge of Scotland’s beautiful Clyde Valley. Today we are on our fifth generation with Andrew and John,  whose commitment is matched by the enthusiastic input of skilled staff whose priority is total customer satisfaction.

Produce
We take great pride in the bacon we produce a large percentage of which  is slowly smoked in our own smokehouse, filling the factory with a delicious mouth watering aroma.
