Good Food Pages is an online local food directory, listing all the best food and drink producers and retailers across the UK; our purpose is to champion the smaller, low intensity growers and small-scale producers, most of whom are as passionate about standards, quality and ethical husbandry as we are at GFP; healthy food is even better food!

We only list free-range, farm assured or organic meat producers so you can be sure any meat you buy via listed businesses has been humanely and compassionately reared.
 
Purchasing meats, vegetables, fruit, fish, beers and all food-stuffs produced and grown locally makes complete sense as it helps the economy in which you live, cuts down on un-necessary food miles and lowers the carbon footprint per kilo of food produced and it generally tastes a whole lot better too!

If you can't get the food and drink that you'd like, on your own doorstep, there's always the mail-order option and that's where this directory also comes into its own by helping you to un-earth the difficult to find herb growers, specialist beef producers, brown shrimp suppliers and such-like!

We're working hard to make sure that GFP (re-launched in August 2009) is the UK's most comprehensive directory of all good food producers, sustainable farms, retailers, suppliers and, even those that serve it up for dinner - the many excellent restaurants and pubs up and down the UK who follow the same principles.
